All Janome Sewing machines, including demonstrators, are covered by a factory 12 month parts and labour warranty.
Computerised machines come with a 5 year on the computerised components.
Sewing machines must be returned to our premises for any warranty work, which we will undertake and guarantee.
It is recommended that you bring the machine in yourself to demonstrate the fault (if reproducable).
This also assists us in quickly correcting common operational errors.

Overlockers must be returned to our premises for any warranty work, which we will undertake and guarantee.
